While I have yet to purchase a piano from Classic Pianos, their sales team service is above and beyond any other store I've experienced. I recommend Classic Pianos as a starting point for anyone beginning to look for a piano, as I've learned more from their staff than google could ever.
It was a great experience at Classic Pianos that started with Taylor showing me the Yamaha digital pianos to observing Elijah assemble my piano and everyone in between including Harlow, Dave and others who were involved in making this a great experience. Fred Riley was phenomenal to work with. Despite some pandemic supply chain issues, he went well above and beyond to make it work out for us to get a new digital Yamaha. I'm in the process of selling a Steinway with Classic Pianos and the entire experience could not be more seamless or straightforward. Everyone has been so so wonderful so far - Jaden and Daniel in particular!
Couldn't give a higher recommendation to Classic Pianos or Jaden! She was exceedingly helpful, accommodating, and willing to go the extra step that other stores wouldn't, such as putting pianos on hold for me. She even helped us move our old piano to a friend's house nearby at no charge! Plus, you cannot beat their lifetime upgrade policy. I was very impressed with their selection and showroom, and I absolutely love the Yamaha I ended up going with. One of the best purchasing experiences I've ever had - thanks Jaden!
