Classic Pianos Portland was our first of three stops. We never need the others. We were specifically interested in uprights for our piano education program. Their selection of uprights, grands, new, and used was outstanding. Taylor made us feel like a member of the family. This has to be the best piano company of all time. Their customer service is stellar, their trade-in policy phenomenal, and their warranty is top notch. They will go above and beyond to make sure you get the perfect piano for you and that you are satisfied with your investment. A special shoutout to Taylor, who is the absolute greatest. So grateful for this company!
Bought a Bechstein upright from these folks. Jaden, Harlow, and other staff were extremely helpful, patient, and not pushy in the slightest. Communication was great and the delivery was on-time and professional. They have a great "trade up" policy that gives me piece of mind in case I want to step up to a even better piano in the future.
We had a great experience at Classic Pianos. Taylor was fantastic to work with! We were so excited to get our new grand piano home and play it! We started noticing a few notes weren’t playing as clear as we had hoped. After reaching back out to Taylor, we were scheduled with Adam and he came to our home, tuned the piano and got it back to sounding perfect! We were so grateful to have everything taken care of under warranty! They were both so fantastic to work with! So pleased and we highly recommend them!!
