Fred Riley was phenomenal to work with. Despite some pandemic supply chain issues, he went well above and beyond to make it work out for us to get a new digital Yamaha. Couldn't give a higher recommendation to Classic Pianos or Jaden! She was exceedingly helpful, accommodating, and willing to go the extra step that other stores wouldn't, such as putting pianos on hold for me. She even helped us move our old piano to a friend's house nearby at no charge! Plus, you cannot beat their lifetime upgrade policy. I was very impressed with their selection and showroom, and I absolutely love the Yamaha I ended up going with. One of the best purchasing experiences I've ever had - thanks Jaden!
My piano purchasing experience was great from start to finish. Jaden Unis-Sanders was my salesperson and she did a wonderful job getting me the perfect piano to fit my needs. She is personable, kind, and a pleasure to work with. She, along with the entire team at Classic Pianos, made sure that I was very happy with my purchase.
Classic Pianos had a great selection of options--new and used. Fred made sure I could find a good value within my budget and I ended up with a used U3 that I love.
