I've been trying to call for a week to order spring pictures for my niece and nephews to which I get the auto message "currently assisting other customers the wait time is 10-15 mins please press 1 to be transferred to an assistant. Push 1 it rings a few times and the auto message comes on again then straight to a voicemail! Obviously im pushing 1 to speak to someone. Spent almost $100 for 2 kids for school photos to get them and be so disappointed that I have zero intentions of downloading the images or printing them out to send to family. NEVER AGAIN GETTING SCHOOL PHOTOS THROUGH THEM. I'LL GO ELSEWHERE IN THE FUTURE! Edit had retakes done. They look better but now the qr code isn't working and still nobody answers the phone when u call. Never got the digital copy of the retake sent to me either in the future I'll Def be going somewhere else where it isn't just a struggle to get decent ... read more

They were hired for my daughter’s school and her picture was SO caught off guard, as a photographer your job should be to take a photograph of a child at their best and not rushed. Also they are so overpriced for the quality that is mailed, which you also have to pay for. I am upset my daughter’s first grade photo was just a “quick job” for this mediocre photographer.
