Had a bad experience with school pictures. Paid for my son pictures and never received. Called them and all they said sorry cannot confirm payment. Will never order school pictures ever again.
I have ordered from this company a few times and they recently made a mistake in not taking a photo that I had ordered and they gave me a refund but they never said sorry or anything. I appreciated the refund but sorry would have been nice for a mistake they did.
