They were hired for my daughter’s school and her picture was SO caught off guard, as a photographer your job should be to take a photograph of a child at their best and not rushed. Also they are so overpriced for the quality that is mailed, which you also have to pay for. I am upset my daughter’s first grade photo was just a “quick job” for this mediocre photographer.
Spent almost $100 for 2 kids for school photos to get them and be so disappointed that I have zero intentions of downloading the images or printing them out to send to family. NEVER AGAIN GETTING SCHOOL PHOTOS THROUGH THEM. I'LL GO ELSEWHERE IN THE FUTURE!
As much as you charge for school pictures, you'd think you'd have someone there making sure 6 year olds clothes are straight so their 1st school photos their parents paid a day's wages for aren't complete crap.
It is difficult to try and get ahold of anyone to schedule a session for sports teams. Is there a more direct number? Our pictures always come out great but frustrating to set it al up.
The people seem friendly. I had an interview there today. I hope I get it! 🤞
