I've been trying to find a studio that does Canadian Passport Photos and just tried this studio by chance. They were very friendly and even took the time to review the specifications just to be sure. Photos were accepted by the Passport Office and I got my passport with no problems at all. I highly recommend this studio not only for passport photos but special occasions as well. Rarely do you find people who listen and take the time to help. Very professional and friendly at the same time.
