I have had the experience of having my granny flat roof leaking in the ceiling and above the sliding doors and it wasn’t seen to in a timely manner. Because there was a delay in the man fixing the problem and there was nothing done about the water damage to the cabinetry it has subsequently caused termites to come in and eat a custom built cupboard unit. When contacting this company i was told it was everyone else’s fault except theirs. Their customer service is not the best and their customer complaint service is even worse... read more
This organisation does not allow you to provide genuine reviews their product or service, please read their entire contract as the T&C's states that no negative reviews on social media are permitted after contract signature. My neighbour has had no end of problem with their patio from poor workmanship to numerous leaks. Three months late and dozens of phone call to get the issues fixed to no avail, don't deal with this company, there are plenty of other business that honour their warranties.

Horrible experience with initial building supervisor looking after early build stage. Almost 3 weeks post handover and still waiting for skip bin to be collected. Have attempted contact with builder several times and they have not bothered replying after their initial response saying "skip bin company behind on collections". Impeding other trades from accessing the property for other work. Not worth the hassle. This was not a $50k cheap build. This was a $152k building. Dissatisfied is an understatement.
