For over 3 months I have been waiting to have a very bad leak fixed. This leaks every morning from dew. It’s now leaving a stain on my recently put in exposed aggregate. I have contacted them & told them I have blinds being installed next month & need it fixed but nothing seems to happen. Very quick to take my money to build it but. Their after sales support is non existent. Don’t use them.
We are in the process of building Granny flat in the Mandurah region. Our sales person, Kevin De Santos at the Canningvale showroom has been outstanding. His communication and ability to switch plans around has made the design part extremely easy. I would highly recommend him
I had an amazing experience with Classic Granny Flats in Joondalup. The team was incredibly accommodating and attentive. I would highly recommend the company to others!
They don't measure properly and charge you for what you wanted but they won't provide. Not built to complying standards and even in light rain it has more leaks than the titanic. They make follow up customer service impossible as they don't make money from fixing their dodgy work... Best to avoid at all costs, once they have your money they don't want to know about you.
We have had a classic granny flat for many years now and the service and ongoing support has been excellent. Recently Jason in the maintenance department was able to help us with a rather stubborn shower leak. Thank you again for the outstanding service.
