I was given the 3rd agree from someone in the pompano office regarding what I was using it for . They requested a drawing from me which I thought was very weird to be honest what do they care what I’m using for. They delivered the wrong Items ..Lost items and charged me twice. Response was that this was my responsibility. When approached about this--- My requests were as if I was speaking into air. Basically I had no recourse and received no satisfaction. Sad that they will lose a customer.

My fiance called and they answered 1 question and hung up while she was asking another question.. could've just been helpful but no.

Really sad. I'm known for always looking on the bright side and seeing the good in a company. I did business with this company for years but then they were bought out-maybe that has nothing to do with their current sorry state, but now the staff is indifferent to the point of being rude. I suppose that could be overlooked but the party supplies are tired looking and poor quality. The rental office is close to Palm Beach where I live but there is nothing at this office.
