Worst experience ever!!! They’ve had my car for 6 weeks and have not let me know what’s going on. Every time I say I’m going to pick it up they said it’s not ready. I didn’t know Aaron was a manager until today. He will not tell you the truth about what’s going on and that’s if you can actually talk to him. Like someone else said “run” away from this shop!!!!!! If I had only known.
Crooks and thrives ! Classic paint and body had been an excellent body shop for years when buddy & Steve ran the show-now the current management doesn’t know anything about the business! They have ruined the great reputation that buddy & Steve worked for years to achieve. Don’t take your car there unless you want to be ripped off. Took our car there the first of November for a quoted 2week repair, it’s been over 4 months and it’s not been repaired yet-our insurance company paid them the first of December and they won’t do repairs-the service here is terrible-no returned calls or information-all the staff repeatedly tells lies-and they frauded our insurance company for over $1200.00 with a bogus claim they slid through that was rewritten significantly higher than the written quote they gave us !!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE- PERIOD :-( :-(
From my experience this shop displays a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. My husband is owed over $3000 by this "business", who failed to compensate him while he was employed. Multiple paycheck deposits bounced in the months before he finally stopped working here -- after two pay periods of non-payment. They have dodged our phone calls for months and lied multiple times about sending the check via mail to our residence.
