Complete waste of time. They advertise competitive offers online, but once you actually bring the car in, the story changes completely. I was told my vehicle was worth “no more than $15k according to KBB,” while I literally had proof showing values around $22k. I was realistic and even ready to take around $20k for a quick sale, but instead got hit with a ridiculous lowball offer. A year ago I brought my car in for a diagnosis on my engine light coming on for overheating. They told me that my coolant was leaking into my engine and that it would be $3600 to fix. In a panic I considered selling my car to jeep to get something new.
