Always a great experience with Classic Nissan Service Department! Ben, my service advisor, makes sure to get all details of my appointment correct, oversees my scheduling - making sure to connect with me once I set up the service online. Ben also makes sure that I get in and out in a decent amount of time, since I always come in between my teaching needs, on my break. Pleasant people who work with you for your best option. The service department employees are the best. Knowledgeable and efficient. I feel they make sure my car is running safely and well.
Great service and great communication.
Don’t go for repairs unless you broken extra thing’s broken on your car while get repairs. And when you ask for the owner or headed manager for lot number everyone including sales have no clue. Just a waste of space for this lot to be sitting here with a bunch of rude incompetent, people . Better of making another Fast-food restaurant I guarantee you get better service and it done right the first time.
