@ClassicNissan, I was deeply disappointed by the misleading advertising I received when my 2025 Rouge was being serviced. To add insult to injury, I incurred significant financial losses when I purchased the vehicle. I wish the company had prioritized business over profit. Avoid at all cost. On 12/16/25 I was quoted 700 dollars for a simple coolant fan relay replacement by Edwin. ( it should be 200- 300 dollars parts and labor even on the high end). I was lied to and said the extra 400 dollars was " added labor for reprogramming". A blatant lie. After complaining and showing them i knew what the job actually cost they nervously cut the quoted price. One of the slimiest moves ive ever seen in my 40 years of doing business. The absolute worst service, communication, and idgaf attitude. I scheduled an appointment online and showed up 15 min early. I received my car 1h50 min later. The lobby/waiting room was packed and nobody was getting updates on their cars. After waiting for just a simple oil change, I was told, it was $190. Please make it make sense. I was never spoken to, to say, it's going to be longer, because we don't carry 5w30, but we can go get it.
