Just horrible service period. Nothing more to be said.
The absolute worst service, communication, and idgaf attitude. I scheduled an appointment online and showed up 15 min early. I received my car 1h50 min later. The lobby/waiting room was packed and nobody was getting updates on their cars. After waiting for just a simple oil change, I was told, it was $190. Please make it make sense. I was never spoken to, to say, it's going to be longer, because we don't carry 5w30, but we can go get it.
