I've gone to them for years and my experiences have been great! The service is phenomenal and Lynn's craftsmanship is excellent.
Not a good experience at all. The nail tech put the spout on upside down and sprayed me and my kid with water when she turned the water on. How humiliating. Then they charged me full price as if my clothes weren’t drenched in water.
Was the 22nd customer to walk into their shop back when you could buy a box to keep your own instruments to be used. Have been going there ever since! They keep up with the latest trends and styles. I can always get something "special" done for that special occasion. When I've had foot and leg problems they adapt their pedicure for my situation...the same with my nails. I only gave it one star, because my nail tech offered me a drink. I waited 30 mins for my appointment. I have been getting my nails done for 15+ years and I don't think I've been so humiliated by the finished product. I paid extra to have them shaped different and the gel polish charge on top of the pink fill in. They are so short they can not be fixed. Each is a different shape. Would NOT recommend this place. After growing my eyebrows out, I had my eyebrows waxed here by the female owner, Lynn. She did not pull my skin taught when removing the wax strip. When I left, one eyebrow was arched, the other wasn't. Very noticeably uneven wax job. Went to Famous Hair a few doors down and they fixed the horribly botched job the best they could.
