I recently went to this establishment to get an all wheel alignment, I was told that it would take about an hour so I dropped it off. I was gone less than 10 minutes when I receive a phone call from a guy named Keith. He tells me that I have upper and lower ball joint issues that will prevent the alignment until those parts are replaced. Nope, nope, nope… went in for an inspection; one wiper failed it. After I said that I would go buy the wipers and come right back it was an instant attitude. The WRONG odometer reading & the wrong equipment that was inspected! Put “glass” instead of wiper?!?! Bells Naww… NOT HERE!!!
This auto body shop has had my car for almost 2 years. The owner has refused to do the work asked, or even work on the vehicle. It has been behind his shop deteriorating. He is a terrible businessman.
I was 70+ miles away from home heading to a medical appointment in Cold Spring. When I was within a few blocks of my appointment, I realized I had a flat tire. It was the end of their day, and Smittys Service was there after hours to replace my tire so I could get back home safely. Owner Mary and Brad are an amazing team. In the link is a post leading to the problems these guys have caused us. In this storm we have plow trucks going down left an right. Now we have one down do to Dan here. And now we have to pay another mexhanic for his mistakes to get our truck back out here. He denied, yell and would not be any help to the problems he has caused.
