I had a great experience with Classic Mini. I purchased a 2025 Mini Countryman S All4 thru Zach Hill, a knowledgeable and patient man. I’ve been test driving Mini’s for years just waiting for the right time for me to buy. Thru all those years I’ve dealt with Zach Hill, whom never pushed but was always happy to help. Additionally, Michael Snyder, general manager was a delight to work with. I hate purchasing cars and dare I say it was seamless and stress free!!!
I had a transmission service done at another shop. I called this dealer about clearing the service message. They quoted $255 just to clear a transmission message from the car - no service being done. Their quote was higher than the actual service at the other shop.

These were some of the nicest customer service employees I've ever encountered! Shout-out to Mike, Brynn, and Carter for their help today 👍 my insurance gave me a very weird issue that took me over an hour and a half to come to the conclusion that my insurance sucks (National General by Allstate) and wouldn't let me take the FREE RENTAL MINI COOPER PROVIDES so they gave us a ride home and are planning to pick us up when our car is done tomorrow, and I live about 25 minutes away!
