Started working with Classic in August. They were very responsive and eager to get us a contract. VERY EAGER, we had to have the contract revised a few time because they hoped we would just sign and not read. Everyone seemed decent enough , though. We do need some plywood replaced, and they wouldn't give us a quote without a condition that says they have a right to add on if need be. I understand that, but ... I contacted Classic Metal Roofs for a quote because I need a new roof and liked the idea of not having to replace it, ever. I knew coming in that the price would be substantially higher, and I was prepared to pull the trigger. The quote was unexpectedly high regardless, which was acceptable. What came off as unprofessional was that ***** ****, despite wishing me luck finding an alternate solution, did not provide me with the report he had told me he received on my roof which would have helped my buying process. This perspective client never did any research to see what a metal roof would cost. He did not view any of the materials we sent him, He did not call any references .He just wanted a price.He did not understand the difference between a architectural metal roof and one for a barn. He said the cost was to high, then he wanted our *** roof report, which we have to pay for, so he could give it other companies to get quotes for his roof.
