I had no issue with the repair technician, but I was very disappointed with the customer service when I called the office. I missed the technician by about 3 minutes because I was changing my baby’s diaper. I saw movement on my Ring camera, went downstairs to answer the door, but didn’t see a company van, so I assumed the technician had already left. Hands down the most knowledgeable and pleasant repair person we have ever had! His nickname is Pinky and I HIGHLY recommend him!
I found this place when I needed a new dishwasher, amazing service. The staff answered all my questions and concerns. They did everything themselves so I didn't have to hire another party for plumbing or electrical. I will definitely be shopping here for more appliances down the road. 👏
Maytag washer not draining. Pinky came promptly at the scheduled time. Didn’t take long for him do diagnose the malfunction. Replaced the drain pump with no issues. Before long the washer is back in service. Great job Pinky!
I highly recommend this business . Bought a gently used stove for my mother in law . A week later it had a small issue . I would have been happy them just handing me the part.. but no , they got the part and fixed it for no extra cost . Good honest people . We need more businesses around like this ! A+++
