Incredible results from my massage by Jenny. I had two back surgeries: First one was Lumbar Decompression and second surgery was LAM Facetecomy and Foramotom. Next step after those two procedures is spinal fusion of the L4 and L5 vertebrae. I'm also dealing with SI joint arthritis which I've been getting SIJI injections on both sides. The combination of the stated back issues is still causing me challenges with muscle spasm and constant dull aches throughout the lower back and down my legs.
