Our build started last spring and we moved in right before the holidays. The timing could have been stressful, but the builder stayed organized and kept us updated without needing constant follow-ups. We had one issue where the wrong backsplash tile was delivered, though they corrected it quickly before installation. The house feels durable, comfortable, and much more personalized than expected.
Working Classic Living Homes was genuinely a wonderful experience--- both times! We went with Bernie and his team 6 years ago. He delivered us a beautiful home on time and on budget. When it was time to move across town and design and build a new home, we immediately partnered with Bernie and Classic Living Homes. Not for a moment did we regret our decision. Best Builder in the Greater Cincinnati tri-state area. Phenomenal experience building our home. This builder was on time, on budget and on top of everything - high trust, integrity and work ethic. CLC takes no vendor kick backs, puts you as the customer first and provides full tranparency into their plan/process.
