Best Builder in the Greater Cincinnati tri-state area. Phenomenal experience building our home. This builder was on time, on budget and on top of everything - high trust, integrity and work ethic. CLC takes no vendor kick backs, puts you as the customer first and provides full tranparency into their plan/process. We couldn't be happier with the final product, and Bernie delivered on everything he promised, including price and timeline.
