We have used Classic Limousine many times over the last 15 years. The cars are always clean and the drivers on time and respectful. There was one incident about a year ago when there was a blizzard hitting Chicago on our return, it took 3 hours at 30 mph to get to Rockford, we offered to let the driver stay over in a spare room but he refused because he had to drive another customer back in, now that’s dedication.

The driver canceled 4 of our 6 prepaid hours just before 8am on the day of our wedding. Since that was obviously an issue we frantically called other places and re-booked the full 6 hours, and canceled with Classic Limousine. When we asked for a refund for the 4 hours the owner told us that they did not offer refunds for late cancellation. Yes, we were told no refund for the money we prepaid for the hours that their driver canceled on us the day of our wedding.....
