Always incredibly friendly knowledgeable and direct to the point. Great people.
Honestly the worst customer service we’ve ever received. Can’t count how many times we had a very unhappy hot tub technician come to our home to find and fix a leak in our hot tub which never was fixed, after hiring a crane twice as asked by classic leisure and finally after weeks were told its was fixed we once again were able to put the hot tub back in place and fill it up only to immediately see the same leak wasn’t fixed. They always have what I need to repair my hot tub and the above ground pool. Super helpful. He even found the part I needed after he said they didn't carry it. This will continue to be my go shop for pool parts.
We consistently receive excellent service when we bring our water in for testing. We also noticed some interesting globe lights that illuminate the area.
