I originally contacted them about a service call to Princeton for a hot tub repair. Although the front staff were pleasant enough, there was some sighing about coming to Princeton and we didn't get anywhere. I definitely felt hesitation from their grumpy tech guy about coming over. He instead suggested we should remove the pump ourselves and bring it to them, even after I said we weren't comfortable with that. They always have what I need, and if they don't, they get it for me in a very reasonable time frame.
Technician came to my house and did a fantastic job my hot tub is up and running and my wife and I are very happy. I recommend this company for all your hot tub needs.
