They always have what I need, and if they don't, they get it for me in a very reasonable time frame.
Technician came to my house and did a fantastic job my hot tub is up and running and my wife and I are very happy. I recommend this company for all your hot tub needs.

We moved to Penticton three years ago and were first time pool owners. Classic Leisure staff are always friendly and patient in explaining and teaching us how to care for the pool. Great products, great service equals great pool!
I visited this location the other day to get hot-tub descummer (I usually get it at Okanagan Home Centre across town, but they were sold out). Not only did they say that they didn’t have it, the guy (who called himself a “hot tub technician”) laughed at me, and told me that nothing like that existed. When I told them that I usually buy it at the place across town, he said that he wouldn’t buy anything from there.
