Yes please they are very helpful
I originally contacted them about a service call to Princeton for a hot tub repair. Although the front staff were pleasant enough, there was some sighing about coming to Princeton and we didn't get anywhere. I definitely felt hesitation from their grumpy tech guy about coming over. He instead suggested we should remove the pump ourselves and bring it to them, even after I said we weren't comfortable with that.
