My experience with Classic Kitchens was terrific. I worked with Caitlin for the design aspect. She was very creative and helpful in making the kitchen and bathrooms very functional as well as beautiful. I worked with Dan for the installation. Everything was done very professionally. The quality of the cabinetry is undeniable. I would highly recommend working with this company.

Jay was really great to work with. We had a tight deadline and he delivered on time as he said he would. We really liked how attentive he was to us throughout the project. His installers we really great too. We were impressed with their work and level of care! It was worth us going with a company like Jay as it eliminated a lot of problems we would have faced on the backend.

I worked with Caitlin Swinton and could ot have been happier . She got my vision for the project and worked with me to achieve it. Her follow up was impeccable. The quality and project met my highest expectations! I invite Caitlin to post a picture of the project if she pleases.

We’ve had only good results in working with Jay and his team. Classic Kitchens of Charleston designed, constructed and installed the kitchen and bathroom cabinetry for our new build. Their work is beautiful and their follow up service is friendly and professional. The key to great customer service is to exceed the client’s expectations and they have done that in every possible way. We highly recommend them!

Jay designed a good kitchen but has a hard time to follow up and help with issues . This was new construction and some cabinets installed was not not the same color. We also had issues with some cabinets having a rough finish. For a new kitchen we should not have so many issues. Jay did not return my emails. Luckily he has a great employee, I think his name was Dan, he came out and followed up and got all the issues fixed.
