We were fortunate to be connected with Classic Island Homes for our new build on Kauai, especially after all of the horror stories we've heard from others trying to build/remodel on the island. John and his team were amazing throughout, guiding us through the process while we watched from the mainland. While the quality and craftmanship are unmatched, John was always looking for ways to save and value engineer without risking quality. Our home turned out AMAZING and we could not be happier that we worked with CIH.

It was such a pleasure to work with Classic Island Homes for our first ever home build. They walked us through the process, gave us realistic projections, and got the house finished pretty much on time despite it being one of the rainiest years. A great crew to work with! They made our dream house into a reality!

Classic Island Homes replaced our jalousie windows and sliding doors for our entire two story house. They showed up on time everyday and did professional work from start to finish. We are so glad we worked with them and wouldn't hesitate to call on them again for any general contracting work!
