Older hotel, so expect that when you arrive. Very clean and comfortable beds. This is centrally located along an entertainment corridor so you have easy access to multiple things to do and places to eat.
i did a book now, pay later feature. the gentleman there messaged me he was going to cancel the reservation if i do not pay now. then after cutting me off the entire phone call im asking him if my wife can pay when she gets there (later) he told me i gave him a bad credit card and it’s illegal. extremely rude and whoever that front desk gentleman is, needs to be taught a lesson on policy and customer service. terrible.
Stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. VERY clean room-house keeping cleaned every day which surprised me as I haven't had that since COVID started. Only complaints would be no elevator, weed smell in the hallway in the back building the whole time (not the hotels fault, guests fault), fridge had to be put on max to work and took a full day to cool down, I was charged more at check in than I was supposed to as they said for taxes but taxes were included in the total for $39 so idk what the extra $28 at check in truly was, and absol... read more
