Poor work environment
We have visited Inn at Laguna and recently, Laguna Beach House, often since 2012 when our son was married. This visit was more than disappointing. This evening the front desk reception and bar tender for wine hour were extremely unprofessional. After the bar tender called my wife a “crazy lady”, I don’t know if we will ever come back. There is a wind and rain storm. Wouldn’t it make sense that the staff would go out of their way to offer their guests a wonderful stay despite the storm?
