Excellent service from start to finish! The staff was friendly, professional and honest . Although Rashpal was giving good service
I had some questions regarding the part I have ordered, I have call them and They put me hold same day 3 times continuously 1st time for around 25 minutes then I cut the call and again make 2nd time( they put me hold for 20 minutes) and then 3 rd time they put me on hold for 1Hour 36 minutes but they didn’t give any answer , was very bad customer service and unprofessional.
My shuttle driver Rashpal was very polite and curious . We use Classic Honda for all our repairs and service on our 2017 model . The staff are knowledgeable and are easy to talk to . They only do the services needed, and they always follow up with us after appointments to make sure we are totally satisfied with the work performed . A shout out to Karley who is always there to offer assistance when needed. Thank you 😃
