My sales person was Amit Mahey. Very mediocre service. Got a rush delivery, scratched my both number plate while screwing with no apologies. Car was not even washed properly on delivery. No after sale response. Found a hole in sunvisor cloth bring it to his notice “ i will get back to you on Monday” that Monday never comes on his calendar. No basic freebies like wheelocks what to expect more!!! Yeah on the top what is more ridiculous “will post your delivery pictures on his insta page without your consent or acknowledgment”.
I recently purchased a pre-owned Hyundai Elantra Sedan from Classic Honda Brampton, and I had a wonderful experience. Verbal assault, unprofessional and racist behavior were exhibited today from a Caucasian employee toward my husband who is black. Abusive language was used and threatening behavior which required calling the police. There is a proper way to handle communication and the behavior exhibited today is unacceptable.
