Classic Homes built our house. A beam was installed in the foyer of the house and a chandelier hanging from that beam when the house was constructed. The beam came loose, ripped though the ceiling, and crashed to the floor, along with the chandelier. We called the owner of Classic Homes who came to inspect this. The owner acknowledged the work was not done correctly and that he “had never seen a job done that bad” before.
