This is my third time building, but the first time the house was actually built before it’s estimated delivery date. Our project coordinator Solmaz, who is an absolute perfectionist, delivered the home exactly as intended. The architect really helped us execute the vision we had but made sure that we didn’t forget to add some nice architectural details. Im just finishing my 3rd construction, and 2nd with Classic homes. Having done this 3 times, and experienced another builder; what a difference. Classic is an amazing team and the quality of the work is fantastic. Our most recent Project manager Solmaz was amazing. Her attention to detail was incredible and she’s very professional. Update: we built an other home with Classic of Maryland. They have really upped their game. Definitely a more refined approach with better selections and a more custom build. Our superintendent on the project Solmaz was a dream. I’ve never had a woman run a project and I am so happy with the outcome. Her attention to detail and excellent communication made the process smooth. Obviously issues come up when building a home but she always had solutions ready for me so there was no delay.
