Update 6/29/23- Austin does not hold up to his contractual obligations. He alone will be the reason his fathers company won’t last once he’s retired. This kid needs education on how to uphold his word and the importance of that. A man who can’t uphold his word just simply isn’t a man. You had an obligation and have done nothing but make excuses because you’re lazy. Just bring the items like we’ve been asking so we don’t have to deal with you anymore
Sadly can’t go negative. His homes are half assed and he will no contact you about any issues regarding your home. Also if his builders have zero respect for the homes already surrounding where they are building. Drove there machines right through our front yard and driveway. They block our driveway entirely with all their vehicles. Simply zero respect,
Very sorry to read all these reviews late. We too were sold a shotty product by this contractor and his realtor son. There are way too many things to list that are wrong. We have requested that issues be fixed (as they should have been before we moved in) and we are told that my concerns are trivial, they don’t have enough help to pull off of jobs just to address issues at our home. Do not buy a home from this man. Shotty workmanship, hostile treatment, you name it! If you wanna have a terrible experience as a home owner then yes buy a home from him.
I agree with the other posters. My home is in terrible condition due to shabby work by sub contractors. The guys he hires are equivalent to "shade tree mechanics". They know enough to make the house stand up, but not much else. The electrical work was the worse! I'm surprised I haven't had a fire. This is my first home and I'm so disappointed. Gary Weaver has been mean and unconcerned. The worse part is that all of the lawyers in Valdosta are his buddies, and won't help you when you call. Don't buy from Gary Weaver!
Kendra said it right when she wished she could give negative stars for Gary Weaver. We bought a home from hime and it didn't take long before we realised just how much of a liar/cheat he was. We had all sorts of problems with our house including an electrical failure due to shoddy workmanship, carpet that wasn't stretched properly, evidence of a fire in our attic (hidden by insulation), I could go on. This contractor is a joke. He couldnt supervise the build of a garden box, let alone a home. Once he builds a home he disappears. Weve had SO many issues with our home and it has been so frustrating. The biggest project...our floors. The tile flooring has popped up in every room. The kicker is, everyone we know who had a home built by him has had the same issue. Dont expect him to claim any responsibility for it. Good news for the next buyer of our home...all the issues will have been fixed.

I am very happy with my home that was built by Classic Homes by Weaver. We moved into our new home in November and have not had any problems with our home. Mr. Weaver was very professional and even worked long hours to finish our home by the deadline that we wanted to move in. I would highly recommend this builder. Our wood ceilings and cabinets are just beautiful, I have no complaints. We had no problems with the sub-contractors that Classic Homes by Weaver used either.
