Update 6/29/23- Austin does not hold up to his contractual obligations. He alone will be the reason his fathers company won’t last once he’s retired. This kid needs education on how to uphold his word and the importance of that. A man who can’t uphold his word just simply isn’t a man. You had an obligation and have done nothing but make excuses because you’re lazy. Just bring the items like we’ve been asking so we don’t have to deal with you anymore

Sadly can’t go negative. His homes are half assed and he will no contact you about any issues regarding your home. Also if his builders have zero respect for the homes already surrounding where they are building. Drove there machines right through our front yard and driveway. They block our driveway entirely with all their vehicles. Simply zero respect,

Very sorry to read all these reviews late. We too were sold a shotty product by this contractor and his realtor son. There are way too many things to list that are wrong. We have requested that issues be fixed (as they should have been before we moved in) and we are told that my concerns are trivial, they don’t have enough help to pull off of jobs just to address issues at our home. Do not buy a home from this man. Shotty workmanship, hostile treatment, you name it! If you wanna have a terrible experience as a home owner then yes buy a home from him.
