They lowballed my quote by almost 300$ and then kept me waiting for 2.5 hours after they said it would be done. Dropped vehicle at 9am as requested and got it back at 6:30! The secretary had to give me her car to pick my daughter up from school even after I was very clear that I needed the car by 4:30 latest and they said ok. Owner ‘apologized’ but giving ‘discounts’ that never showed up on final invoice.
