RJ repaired two faulty tweeters on my two B&W CM5 bookshelf speakers that hadn't been used in a decade. Charges me $35 for a checkup and then quotes for the replacement. Everything $ came in as promised. Great service and great chat and advice for my setup. Lovely experience. He packaged my speakers for transport as I had to move them with a cart 10mins down the road. Great guy. Will be using them again.
Great store with lots of goodies to look at! Ross is very knowledgeable and down to earth on the subject of classic audio gear. Recently picked up my Yamaha amplifier for a repair and they did a stellar job, outlining all the work they did, providing all the old parts back and at a reasonable price.
