After having to leave my home due to NO heat for 7 days I am now Home with wonderful heat coming through my vents. From the very 1st phone call to Madison coming out to FIX the problem, in less than an hour, I can say I LOVE this Company. They are SO professional, honest & polite. What a great experience we had with Classic Heating and Air! Montana showed up within an hour of my call, he was very professional and diagnosed the problem right the first time! I was beyond thankful that we did not need an entire new unit, and even more grateful that they were fair and took amazing care of us! Woke up at 2 AM this past Saturday morning with the house at 80 degrees. The air conditioner was running but not cooling. Called Classic first thing in the morning and Dak came out within an hour and got us all taken care of. Could have been a rough weekend but thanks to Dak and Classic it was just a hiccup in an overall good weekend. Very reasonably priced as well. We'll only be using Classic from now on!
After 2 weeks of no air conditioning and several other companies not being able to figure out the problem- we finally got our problem resolved thanks to Dak. He figured out the issue in less than 10 minutes. Very nice, helpful, professional, prompt and VERY reasonably priced. We can’t recommend them enough!
