Review #2 on Classic Harley Davidson. Again....DON"T GO HERE FOR SERVICE! When we bought our trike the handle bars were a struggle to reach comfortably. We were told by their service department that they are NOT adjustable. That we needed new handlebars….$1100! SO...took our bike to Scott Ulrichs old place. Oh look…$97 and our handle bars were adjusted. Wow….what kind of place are they running at Classic?? I would like to note first that the experience with Classic Harley Davidson in Leesport, PA has been very disappointing, trying, and upsetting. Unfortunately I trusted them to complete a specialty build, thinking that an established dealership would be able to handle what was asked of them. I spent a large sum of money on a motorcycle that was in the service department more than it had seen the road. For a rider it is extremely disheartening.
Classic Harley-Davidson is a good dealer to check out I've spent a lot of time at the parts counter at Classics in the past few years. I'm on a first name basis with almost everyone that works there. The staff is always really friendly to me and will bend over backwards to help me out. Their selection of bikes is also good I've purchased one new bike and one used bike there.
Local HD dealer Classic Harley Davidson is a local Harley dealer. They are close to everything for that last minute part you need. They are a bit high priced on bikes and parts and their staff always seems to be too busy to help but nevertheless, you can still get what you came for PROS: close by CONS: high priced
Had my bike there some service work shady stuff as far as not giving the right take off parts back have a few friends that went there same thing happened to them will never go back

Hi Jason, At Classic Harley-Davidson our Service Department and Service Technicians work together to ensure each bike is scheduled to be serviced as efficiently as possible with the most precise care, detail, and accuracy. As is our policy, we hold "take-off parts" for each bike that has been upgraded until the following Monday in which the customer's bike has been picked up or delivered.
