If I could give a zero I would because this dealership doesn't deserve any stars. Their customer service is horrible,the service department is trash and the owner is just as bad! If I could give 0 stars I would..Buyer beware!! Do NOT do any business with this dealership. McSweeney in Clanton or any other city will be better! I purchased a used truck from this dealership and started having transmission problems within a year of having it. I still had a warranty on the vehicle which would cover the transmission problem but for some reason this dealership refused to fix it and kept giving me all kind of excuses. I was in Montgomery visiting my daughter and my two-month-old grandson, with plans to drive back to Maryland with them. I had my muffler replaced at your shop one week ago. However, after the repair, the noise from that area kept getting louder, and the vehicle began to shake severely, which made me concerned and led me to check under the car myself. As a result, I discovered that a critical bolt, essential for safe driving, was not properly secured. This problem could have caused a very dangerous situation and nearly cost me my life.
