Terrible service from here… I was told we would have a loaner lined up when dropping our car off for service(that was purchased here no less) however, on drop off day they didn’t have a loaner lined up at all. The lady working was extremely rude, and I called 3 times for a manager that never answered or called back. Won’t be visiting here again for sales or service.
Need to have a talk with your lot porter about taking a genius and parking it under Toyotas detail car ports car smelled like weed as well... The car is showing up under Cadillac and Buick so letting both dealerships know
A gentleman allowed us to charge our EV vehicles this weekend because a gas tanker had the chargers at Sam's Club blocked off, literally stranding everyone who needed to charge. He was nice enough to allow us to leave our vehicles while we went to homecoming events to charge. I lost his business card, but he drove a Red Cadillac Lyriq. Please give him our thanks!
