Tony Burkhalter went above and beyond for me with my Cadillac Escalade repair. Dealing with my warranty company and GM corporate was a difficult ordeal but Tony handled everything for me. Five stars isn’t enough for how hard he works for his customers!

Had an appointment Tony was rude doesn’t care about gmc service could called saved me a bout 90 miles of driving brand new vehicle 700 miles 2026 5 days old turned around
Their service department has had our car for 3 weeks. It took them a week just to look at it. Another week to diagnose it. And it took myself AND my husband to do their job and go back and forth with the warranty company to get the work covered because the service manager just said "ok" when the warranty company initially denied our claim, even though the work was clearly covered under the warranty. We are going into week 4 of the car being out of service with no ETA on when the work will be finished. I have never experience... read more
