Time Wasters! Stay Away Two schedule dates with a secured deposit months before. Two no shows. The second no show, Pam” called during afternoon saying they have corona and not a reschedule but to refund and held my deposit for months. I have my house on the market. A potential buy came to see my house and broke one of my windows. Nuts right! We'll in two days I am having an open house. Called Tom on Saturday. He was great. Came looked at the window and had it fixed within an hour. Outstanding service, very reasonable prices, just great guy. Thank you so much for everything !
Absolutely pleased with the installation of my new windows! I wished I had had them replaced decades ago it made all the difference in the look of the house. From my first call, I knew I was in good hands. The communication of scheduling and keeping me posted as to when the windows came in and when they would be installed was excellent. Tom and his guys over at Classic Glass are amazing! They came in and gave me multiple options for my shower glass. I picked the one I wanted, they came in and measured for my custom shower. They were very professional and knowledgeable. My shower turned out great and i’ll definitely be using them when I need my windows replaced!
Classic Glass and Glazing saved me thousands of dollars by suggesting to change out thermal panes instead of replacing the windows entirely. Everyone I dealt with was very honest, courteous and professional. I cannot speak highly enough about the excellent customer service I received! I will without a doubt use them in the future.
