I just left my 1997 BMW Z3 in the very capable hands of the Auto West Classic Garage in Richmond. From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted very courteously by Mike, the Shop Manager. Mike asked me to go up to the lounge for a coffee while he got someone from the service floor to check my car out. Took my 330Ci in for a last minute repair and an airbag recall performed by Jonathan. The service was fast, and their communication was excellent. Mike explained recommended repairs thoroughly, was honest about what needed immediate attention and gave me a tour of the facility and its history. Friendly, efficient, and trustworthy—highly recommend!
