Worst communication I’ve ever recieved from service in my life, I sold cars for 13 years and have never been spoke too or hung up on before. Do not go here for sales or service
Ian was very knowledgeable, informative and pleasant. Had great service at Classic Ford in Mentor. Kept me up to date on everything they were doing. Was very happy when I was about to pay. He let me know I had Lincoln perks to use, so I did. Although I miss the mobile service, wish they still had it. So convenient.
Service manager really came through backing up promise to complete work on car in time for a trip we had planned. I have always found him to be fair and helpful!
Service was quick. Left the car overnight and the next day morning they called and fixed in a couple hours. The cost was a little on the higher side for just drive belt and pulley replacement. $811 on a 15 Explorer. Probably being a big dealership adds the premium to the labour and parts but i was expecting a little less. Otherwise the service was nice and the communication was great by Ron. Will recommend.
