They were straightforward. Didn't play games. I got the price I wanted. Finance same, she didn't push all the add ons and got me a great interest rate. I was surprised. Was late so I brought it back the next day and salesman set up the Ford app on my phone and showed me how everything worked. I would recommend them.

I purchased a custom order F-250 and the entire process was a complete mess. It took 2 weeks to put in my order, after calling or emailing almost daily. The response was always "I'm working on it at this moment". The manager has no idea what Ford website truck options are available or the functionality. The order on my truck was put in with the incorrect running boards. When picking up my truck the truck already had 144 miles on it. All around this dealership gets a F and not for Fun. This was the easiest car-buying experience I have had to date. Bruce was an extremely helpful salesman and listened to what I was looking for and pointed out pros and cons. The finance department didn't have any high-pressure sales tactics or weird issues that inflated the prices. It was all clear and concise with easy explanations.
