Michelle and John were such a huge help in choosing our hardwood floor. I met with multiple installers who would measure, give me a price and bring over a few samples, but none of them were able to give me much information on the floors themselves. Michelle met with me multiple times and gave so much information about each of the different choices of flooring to help me choose the right floor for our household. Michelle and John Alonzo, with their daughter Kayla, are an absolutely amazing team at giving the highest possible level of service with flooring. But way beyond that, they were a major help in our entire remodel.
