We just updated the original wood fireplace to a more modern and efficient gas fireplace. This team was wonderful to deal with. We made a couple of visits to the large showroom. Babz, in sales, helped us select the the best option given our needs and wants. A quick site check by Stephen helped confirmed the install was possible and the model we selected would fit. Had to have a second service call from Classic and John came on time and resolved the issue I was having with the door on my Napoleon fireplace. The problem has been solved and I can't thank him and Classic enough for looking after this even though the unit if about 4 years old. John is amazing as is Eddie in the showroom. These guys really care and look after their customers. Wouldn't shop anywhere else...you may pay a bit more but you have great piece of mind that if you have any issues they will be there for you.
