We have dealt with Edward for every purchase we have made. He is always knowledgeable on the products (bbq, fireplace, outdoor fire table) and easy to deal with. He makes sure the products are delivered to us when we need them! Great experience.
I highly recommend you check out Classic Fireplace in Whitby. Matt was very knowledgeable and took us through all the gas and electric fireplace options. We opted for a Napoleon gas fireplace. Exceptional service from install of our gas fireplace to finish. Adam completed the finishing work including the fireplace surround and custom built book shelves. Adam really listens to his customers and his finished work is absolutely meticulous. He is gifted in his craft.
Matt and John did a great job installing an exterior gas line to our back deck BBQ area. Very professional and friendly.
