The absolute worse customer service. Noone will answer your calls or return calls. Purchased a 2024 Sequoia. The back speakers would not come on. Took it to a Toyota Dealership. Someone in their make ready apparently took the amplifier out. They stuffed all the loose wires under the passenger seat. Think twice, these are the most unethical people I have ever dealt with. This place is a joke. Inquired about purchasing a vehicle with a trade-in as downpayment. One lady named Addison texts me asking questions but was not in sales. Then the next day, I have a "sales" lady named Sara text me asking the same questions as Addison did but I patiently re-answered them. When trying to communicate with Ms. Sara about providing some numbers (as I live 2 hours away); she informed me the vehicle I wanted was SOLD.
