Worst customer service at the desk when you call, they take forever to actually finish the repair even when they have the parts. Overall i would never in my life recommend this guys here.
I recently had my Mazda3 repaired at Classic Edge Body Works through a Bingle claim, and I’m extremely happy with the quality of their work. The SMS updates were helpful, although at times the completion dates changed when I called reception. I understand that paint and panel work can take time, but a little more empathy from reception staff toward customers who are without a car would make the experience even better. Ryan was fantastic to deal with, and the repair team did an excellent job
My car was towed on Friday the 12/06/2026 and I decided to give them a call Tuesday 16th and explain that I needed my vehicle before I go into hospital next week. I spoke to Ned, and he said he will put it as priority given it was a small job and do his best to get it sorted.
