They made my car worse than when it went into them. Lights not working, clicking sound when turning the car on and off, ventilation not working, wanted cash to replace battery and I have no receipt. They are so dodgy!
I got into a car accident around the end of May and had my car towed to Classic Edge, with the help of my insurance I got my car fixed quicker than expected, they gave constant updates via text message and was always prompt with contacting if they needed anything. Great job done by team at classic edge. They were on top of informing me about the process and stage the car was in. Parts were delayed a bit but again that’s something which they can’t control as it comes from overseas. But overall it was great as soon as they got the parts my car was fixed with in a week. BYD part suppliers needs to improve their supply as it affects the business and customer.
