Bill has helped us with our draperies for a very long time. He is honest and really the best person anyone could ask for. Recently my husband and I called him for help with our drapes he installed maybe 15 years ago. The string had stopped working. Excellent customer service, quick turn around and the draperies are beautiful. Very reasonable prices for custom drapes. I love my new drapes and highly recommend this company
