I bought the master engine reseal kit for 270.00 dollars that includes the motorcraft rtv ta-31. Well the rtv was out of date and dried up in its tube. It has a use by date on the tube which is right around the same time I bought the kit. I know this stuff has a shelf life of a year or two at least. Also many of the gaskets in the kit are just cheap crap, not even made with decent gasket paper. Not worth it at all
Bought a bunch of parts from them (even ordered the wrong turbo and they canceled it no problem). They were extremely helpful over the phone and helped me get my 7.3 parts! Awesome customer service and great products!
Hoped to leave a better review on here. They are holding my parts hostage (their’s now) If you are buying an injection pump reman make sure you remove the TPS/FIPL sensor bracket and your high idle solenoid (they will be attached when you remove the pump). If you do not, CDD keeps it and charges 100+ to return (only place they give a heads up about this is the contact us page). Decided to go elsewhere with my business
These guys are excellent customer service Joe called me right back after he missed my call and talk to me for about 10 minutes about my truck which I hadn’t even bought yet. He gave me advice on Turbo kits and fueling can’t recommend them enough.
These guys are amazing! Ordered an intake manifold gasket, it was shipped to the wrong address. They had a new one shipped the next day! Excellent customer service. We will be using them a lot! 😁
