Terrible experience. I typically do not like to provide negative feedback but I had to do this for the sake of unsuspecting customers. But, this feedback has been shared directly with the dentist and I informed him I will do this review. My challenge is that he tried to explain away an act of accountability upon my situation when he was the obvious perpetrator. I went for a clean up and during the session I informed the dentist handling it to take it easy on a particular tooth because it has an artificial crown. He kept pull... read more

I went to see a dentist named Peter Pham, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Instead of focusing on my actual dental issue, he kept commenting on how yellow my teeth are and claimed that I grind my teeth without my knowledge. This is completely untrue—I do not grind my teeth, not even in my sleep. I was shocked that he would diagnose me with something that isn’t accurate. Despite having infected gums, he didn’t make any effort to properly clean the area or address the problem. Instead, he made me feel very uncomf... read more
