I cannot say enough amazing things about Marlie. From the moment I sat in her chair, she made me feel so welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. She offered me coffee right away, took the time to really talk with me, and actually listened—not just about my hair goals, but about life in general. If you suffer from cancer same as I, the staff was able to treat my hair problem. Plus they were esp Marlie, so helpful with future hair treatment. The staff is warm, friendly and nonjudgemental.
I would give it a zero if I could. It looked like a child colored my hair. The Owners attitude came across as blaming me for not being happy with the end result. It wasnt anything near what I wanted and showed pictures of.
Absolutely love everything about this Salon.
