Megan did a wonderful job
Tried two of their 3 locations for a kids haircut, all of these by the way were booked via Booksy. The one in hickory confirmed for a cut for the next day and then canceled later that night no explanation. The next day I tried their newton location they accepted I drove all the way to the location just for them to tell me they won’t have time because they already have someone else and then needs to leave due to personal reasons and the Booksy app doesn’t notify them and is their account is messed up . Jay Moore cuts really good hair, however being on time for a set appointment or even being present at the facility AFTER changing the appointment time and day has been a big problem . This has happened numerous of times. Unacceptable! Other than that his work is really nice.
Great experience with Mr. D. Was able to book the same day with Booksy . Great Cut and beard clean up. Thanks a bunch!
