Didn't like you couldn't get a appointment, cause she is always got other personal things happening that she can't cut your hair!
My hair stylist Melissa has been doing my husband, children and my hair for a decade. She is beyond amazing. She understands hair people!! If you come in asking for a cut or color that's not going to look good, she won't do it. There are a TON of stylists that will do their best to get as close as possible to what you want, but in the end you're going to be disappointed.
