Driver told us the tow would be $250 from the highway to the house. Once we arrived, he called the office had a discussion and suddenly the price was an additional $75 to drop off the car + credit card fees. Asked the driver what happened to $250 and all he had to say was he just drives and the office makes the calls. The total came to $350 or they would take the car to their shop and now we have to pay storage. Needless to say, that’s not how you do business just. Ripp off. Be honest upfront.
