My wife and I started a purchase contract in 2015 on a beautiful plot of land in the kiamichi mountains of oklahoma. We are now the owners of the property, there were no problems during the 6 year process! make your payments, get your deed! would do it again but unfortunately not much land left! they are doing something right.
