May 2025: my LLC bought a 2.55-acre tract in Attala County, MS from Classic Country Land for $17,275, relying on online marketing (including a Facebook post the day of the wire describing the parcel as "beautiful," "off-grid getaway," with "pine trees and foilage" and "Has power!").
