There wasn't a lot good about my experience. Ken (the owner) is not very friendly at all. I lined up to have them come measure and make a template. He arrived only able to measure. I informed him that I specifically asked for a template to be made, as I didn't want two different appointments. No apologies for the lack of communication on their end - only that I'd need to schedule another appointment for the template. So then I scheduled another appointment for the template.
