Body repair work from multiple incidents repaired beautifully. Job done early and under budget! Rick estimated and managed the job efficiently, and was articulate and professional. Job began one week after estimate provided, and done in 2.5 days. In the shop, Joshua showed me the unknown damage to the reinforcement bar behind the bumper and alerted me to safety hazard. Service and work done on the vehicle were top notch - Maddie was great with communication and follow-through, and Alex was very thorough in the initial assessment and work that would be needed.
Totally satisfied and then some! Great service, trustworthy, took care of our vehicle repairs in a timely manner! When they were done, they cleaned the car outside AND inside, which we didn't expect, a wonderful bonus when we picked up our car! This was a repair covered by someone else's insurance, and everything went completely smoothly, with transparency. We're definitely coming back here when needed for both cars.
If you have time to wait go for it. My supposed to be less than 2 weeks job on my vehicle went to almost 2 months. They said it will be ready before the holiday but Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year already passed before i got it. They update every week but only to add another week, and another week, and another week to the finish date. Not a happy camper here esp paying car rentals just to have something to use while my car is in the shop.
Alex who is the service advisor was instrumental in helping me make a decision, didn’t sugar coat or beat around the bush, just told me exactly what to expect and was upfront and honest during the whole thing. In a world unfortunately where it’s hard to trust, Alex made my life so much easier during this trying time 10/10 would recommend
