I had a great experience with this car shop. They were fast, efficient, and did an excellent job. My car looks like new again, as if nothing ever happened.
Had my front bumper repaired here through an insurance claim, and I’m pretty disappointed with the quality of the work. When I got the vehicle back, there was residue left on the bumper that hadn’t been cleaned off, and the inner wheel well liner wasn’t even properly secured. It was just left loose instead of being bolted back in place. That’s basic reassembly. I also noticed several scratches on nearby panels that I don’t remember being there before. The team at this location was incredible. They were communicative, friendly, and exceeded expectations with my repair. Not only that, but when I went to pick up my vehicle, there was another customer who came in and was rude and disrespectful from the beginning, and the team didn’t miss a beat. They handled the customer with grace and positivity with a patience that far outlasted my own with the situation.
